Payment Won't Go Through, or a Charge Fails
One failed charge won't cut you off right away.
Even if a charge doesn't go through, your access isn't suspended immediately — the charge will be retried for a while. If you update your payment method during that time, you can keep using the app without interruption.

Common causes
- Card has expired (re-register with your new card after renewal)
- Credit limit exceeded
- Cardholder authentication (3D Secure) not completed
- Restrictions on overseas or online payments set on the card's side
- Insufficient balance on a debit or prepaid card
What to do
- Open Manage payment info from Plans / Billing in the app.
- Update your payment method to a valid card.
- If there are any unpaid charges, you can pay them from that same screen.
For details, see Changing your payment method and downloading receipts.
Still won't go through?
Your card issuer may be blocking the charge on their end. Try a different card, or check with your card issuer.
Can't pay a club's fees (for parents and guardians)
A club's monthly dues and fees are a separate mechanism from NEWDIH's own usage fees. For payment methods and due dates, please check with your club's staff first (see Collecting Fees & Dues).
