Put up your recruitment page.

Write your club introduction, who you're recruiting, and what you do, then switch it to "Published," and you get a recruitment page anyone can view at your club's own URL. No budget for building a website, and no one needed to keep it updated.

A memorable URL for every club (/clubs/your-club). Put it on your social media profile or a QR code on a flyer.

Page title, tagline, and description. You can get ahead of the questions people usually ask — who you're recruiting, which days you're active, and more.
Trial session listings
Trial sessions currently open are listed on the recruitment page automatically. You can also turn each listing on or off.
Published / Unpublished
Switch with one tap. Once recruitment closes, just set it back to unpublished.

Trial session applications,
already in by the time morning comes.

Create a trial session, and you get an info page with a public application form built in. Add the date, time, venue, capacity, and what to bring, and then just wait. Parents can apply from their phone at night after work.

Capacity and remaining spots
Set a capacity, and the info page shows the remaining spots. Once it's full, applications stop automatically, so you're never scrambling to deal with overbooking.

A confirmation email arrives automatically
Parents who apply get a confirmation email sent automatically, on the spot. It takes away the "I'm not sure my application went through, so I'll call to check" from the family's side.

The club gets an application notification
When a new application comes in, the club owner gets an in-app notification. Sorting through approvals and declines can be done from a single list too.

Organized as pending, approved, or declined. Parent names and notes stay with each entry too, so the day-of check-in roster builds itself.

From trial to joining the club
When a child who came for a trial joins the club, register them on the player roster and move to the next stage. The roster, fees, and attendance all continue on in the same app.

New members usually turn out to be "a teammate's friend." NEWDIH's application form has a referral code field, so a record is kept of whose referral brought them in.

The application list shows "Referred by: X." You can see exactly who's been growing the club's circle.

Write your club introduction and who you're recruiting, then switch it to published. Ten minutes, and it's up.

Create a trial session
Set the date, time, venue, and capacity, and you get an info page with an application form built in.

Share the URL
To social media, flyers, and the parents' group chat. Then just wait for the application notifications to come in.

No. The recruitment page and trial session application form are public pages that open in a browser, so parents just need to open the link and enter a name to apply.

Everything you need for recruitment — club introduction, who you're recruiting, activities, and trial sessions — comes together at one URL, so you can use it as the entry point when you tell people, "Start by checking out this page."

You can set a capacity for each trial session, and the info page shows the remaining spots. Close the applications, and no more come in beyond that.

Signing up is free. Club operation features can be added individually from "Module Management" in the app as you need them.
