NEWDIH RECRUITMENT

Your club's front door, open online.

NEWDIH issues a public page with an application form the moment you open one trial session. You just paste that link on your club website or social profile. Applicants get an automatic confirmation email and the club gets a notification. The door to your club stays open around the clock.

Signing up is free. All you need is an email address.

FREE
The real NEWDIH public trial session page. Below the club and session name sit the date, time, venue, spots left and the description, followed by the application form.
The real public application page. Families without an account apply straight from here.
POST 01 — OPEN

Open one trial session.

Fill in the date, venue, capacity and description, publish, and that session gets its own application page. You paste the link on your club website or social profile. NEWDIH does not add a second club profile page for you to keep updating.

The real Trial Sessions & Player Recruitment management screen. Each session card shows an Open badge, the number needing action, the date and venue, applications against capacity and the public application link, with the application list below.
Public application link
A URL issued per session (/share/trial/…). Paste it on your club website, your social profile or a flyer QR code.
What you fill in
Title, date, start and end time, capacity, venue and a description. What to bring and what happens if it rains all go in the description.
Closing applications
Stop it any time with “Close applications”. When the capacity is reached the session shows as Full, and once the date has passed applications close automatically.
What needs action shows first
Each session card carries a “needs action” count, so you can start with the ones where a reply has stalled.
POST 02 — ANSWER

The family who applied
gets an answer too.

Guardians apply from their phone after work, with no account to create. After applying they can check where their application stands themselves, so nobody has to phone the club to chase it.

The real status page an applicant sees on NEWDIH: current status, application date, session date and venue, the message from the club, and a button to withdraw the application.
01
Spots left, in plain sight
The page shows how many spots are left. Applications stop by themselves once the session is full, so the club never has to untangle an overbooking and no family is left wondering whether they got in.
02
A confirmation email lands automatically
The guardian who applied gets a confirmation email right away. From that email they open a status page and can check the current state and the club’s message whenever they like.
03
Changed their mind? They withdraw it themselves
They can withdraw from the status page. The freed spot goes straight to the next family, so the club never recounts anything.
14
days. A reminder reaches the club after 7 days, and an application still untouched at 14 days is closed automatically — the applicant is told too
POST 03 — INBOX

Work through applications in one list.

Who applied and how far it got. Without digging through paper notes or DM history, each session splits its applications into the ones still waiting for a reply and the ones already finished.

01
The states follow the real path
Pending, Reviewing, Invited, Attended, Accepted, Not accepted, Withdrawn. “We passed” and “they never came” are never merged, so the record still means something months later.
02
The result stops at a draft
Deciding an application prepares a notice in the club’s name as a draft. Nothing is sent automatically: it reaches the family only when you read it and press send. Once you accept someone, hand over the join link and they flow into the player roster.

Auto
The real application list on NEWDIH. Badges break the applications down into Pending, Reviewing, Invited, Accepted, Not accepted and Withdrawn, and each row shows the status, how many days since it arrived, the guardian and contact, and a draft result notice.
POST 04 — REFERRAL

The strongest recruitment,
is word of mouth from the families already there.

New members usually turn out to be "a teammate's friend." NEWDIH's application form has a referral code field, so a record is kept of whose referral brought them in.

Referral code
Have applicants enter each member's own referral code on the application form.
Kept on record
The application list shows "Referred by: X." You can see exactly who's been growing the club's circle.
Turn thanks into something real
How you thank or reward the families who make referrals is entirely up to your club's own culture.
POST 05 — START

From here to an open door, today.

STEP 01
Create the session
Fill in the date, venue, capacity and description and publish. Ten minutes is enough.
STEP 02
Paste the link
Put the application link on your club website, your social profiles and a flyer QR code.
STEP 03
Reply
Handle applications from the list. The result notice is drafted in the club’s name, so you read it and send.
POST 06 — FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The application form is a public page in the browser, so a guardian just opens the link and fills in a name and contact details. Afterwards they can follow the status from the link in their email, still without an account.

Keep using it. NEWDIH does not host a club profile page, because two places to update means one of them always goes stale. NEWDIH only takes on the application intake, so paste the session link on the site and social accounts you already have.

Each session has its own capacity and the page shows how many spots are left. When it fills up the session goes to Full and no more applications are taken. Applications that ended as not accepted, withdrawn, expired or no-show do not hold a spot, so those spots open up again.

After 7 days without action the club gets a reminder. An application still untouched at 14 days is closed automatically, and the applicant is told that no answer from the club could be confirmed. It exists so that nobody is left hanging.

Yes. They withdraw it themselves from the status page for their application. The freed spot passes to the next person, so the club does not recount anything.

No. Signing up is free and Trial Sessions & Player Recruitment is a free module: every club can use it without any contract. The full picture, including the paid modules, is on the pricing page.
