A Help Center that answers “I’m stuck” — in six languages

New
  • We opened a Help Center you can search yourself. It covers 7 categories and 37 articles, from getting started to troubleshooting.
  • It has keyword search. Look things up in the words you would actually use, like “video upload failed”.
  • You can read it in six languages: Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese, Spanish and Portuguese.
  • You can open it from the site navigation and the footer, on any page. If an article does not solve it, you can email support from there.

Away trips and camps, planned inside the app

New
  • Added away trip management. Alongside sign-ups, the itinerary and the packing list, you can now handle offered cars and the carpool sheet and issue a share link for the handbook — all in one place.
  • Added camp management, a module separate from away trips that covers lodging, room assignments, a day-by-day itinerary and meal plans.
  • Participation fees can now be billed in one go through the club fee ledger to everyone who answered "attending". Pressing it again never double-bills.
  • Health information (allergies, regular medication, emergency contacts) is stored encrypted and visible only to the accompanying coaches and the club representative. Every view is logged, and the data is deleted automatically three months after the trip ends.

Recruitment, completed online — a permanent page and trial sign-ups

  • Clubs can now publish a permanent public recruitment page. Club profile, who you are recruiting, and open trial sessions — all on one URL.
  • Added a public trial application form. Capacity and remaining spots are shown, applicants get an automatic confirmation email, and the club is notified of each application.
  • The form now has a referral code field, so you always know who brought them in.
  • Arrival check-in now sends parents an arrival notification and records attendance automatically.

Club operations, extended to documents, injuries, and inquiries

  • Added digital documents & consent forms. Distribute policies and consent forms, and track each family’s status at a glance.
  • Added an injury record chart. Log the date, body part, progress, and return-to-play for each player.
  • Added an inquiry desk for external contacts. Conversations stay in a two-way thread.
  • Pending opponent invitation links can now be reissued from the ledger.

Opponent network — connect by QR, and a practice match is set

  • Meet an opposing coach at a tournament, connect with an in-person QR, and register them to your club’s opponent ledger.
  • The ledger can be filtered by category and area, with notes and links to past match records.
  • Added open-date publishing and practice-match offers. Send an offer with preferred dates; when accepted, both sides are notified.

Online payment for fees — the end of the collection envelope

  • Fees and monthly dues can now be paid online. Parents simply pay by card from their phone.
  • The moment a payment completes, the ledger is reconciled automatically and the books are updated too.
  • Choose per plan who bears the payment fee (club or parents). Refunds post an automatic reversing entry to the books.
  • Survey deliveries now arrive as notifications in each player’s inbox.
