STAFF & MEETINGS
From bringing a coach in, to putting the agenda together, to handing it over as a link that expires. The staff list and the reviews of matches and training sit inside the same club.
Coach management and meetings are both free. No module subscription needed.
THE PROBLEM
What you decide in the room usually stays spoken. Someone passes it on to the coach who could not come, families get only the headline, and the clip you cut stays on somebody’s phone. By the time the next session starts, half of what you decided has gone missing. NEWDIH turns that meeting into one agenda and hands it, with an expiry date, only to the people who need it.
Enter the family name, given name and email address, and the invitation goes out on the spot. Whoever receives it joins the club with their own NEWDIH Passport, and from then on everything is recorded under their name.

Delegation has two levels (exactly as the app shows them)

When you create it, it is a draft. You gather the items, and publish once it is in a shape you can show people. Tie it to a match or a training session and you can reach it later from that match’s screen.
The state of a meeting (exactly as the app shows it)

You stack the rows from the top down. Each row takes a line of comment, and the order changes by dragging. What you type saves itself after a short pause, so there is no save button to hunt for.
What can go into an agenda (exactly as the app shows it)

The person you hand it to opens it without making an account. All they see is that one meeting — they cannot get inside the club. No sidebar, no other screens.

Add them with a family name, given name and email. The invitation goes out on the spot.
Line up match summaries, video analysis, photos, drills and notes from the top down, then publish.
Set how it is shown and how long it lasts, then issue the link. The other side opens it without logging in.
Both are free. No module subscription is needed, and there is no cap on how many people you add.
No. Only the link to their account comes off, and they stay in the list as departed. The coaching notes they wrote and the meetings they created stay as they are. The point is that you can still trace who wrote what, and when.
Only the club features the owner has handed over as “View” or “Edit”. Handing over “Edit” turns on “View” too. Fees, collections and anything to do with money stay with the owner and cannot be handed over. Editing club settings and adding or removing staff are also owner-only.
Editing, and issuing or revoking the share links, belong to the coach who created that meeting. Adding and reordering items are the same. Several coaches will not be writing into one meeting at once and shuffling the order on each other.
Revoke that link. From then on, anyone opening it sees only “This link has been revoked” and none of the content. A revoked link stays in the list, so you can still check when it was issued and how many times it was opened. If you are worried, cut a fresh link with a shorter expiry or a view limit and send that instead.
The video URL embedded in the shared view is signed and valid for one hour from the moment it is opened. The link itself always ends after 90 days at the latest, and you can narrow the audience with a password or an email allowlist. When the footage may show minors, you can also require the viewer to agree not to record, share or copy it before they see anything.
You can start by inviting a single coach. Coach management and meetings are both free.
