How to cancel

1. Open the Plans / Billing screen in the app.
2. Open the Stripe customer portal from Manage payment info.
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel, and cancel it.

What happens after you cancel?

• Once the cancellation is confirmed, paid module features stop working (their screens can no longer be opened).
• This does not immediately delete any data you have already entered.
• The timing of the cancellation (immediate, or at the end of the period you've already paid for) is shown on the customer portal screen. Be sure to check this before you confirm.

Want to stop just one feature?

If there's just one feature you no longer need, it's more economical to remove that module individually rather than cancel the whole plan. Charges are settled on a pro-rated basis.
