Sponsors live in the head of whoever runs the club, or in a spreadsheet opened once a year. By the time anyone notices, the renewal date has passed. Don't leave contacting your supporters to one person's memory.
01 LEDGER
Company sponsors and booster members sit in the same list. Each entry holds the sponsorship details, the amount, the period and even the contact person, so it can be handed over when the person in charge changes. At the top of the screen you see the number of active contracts and the total sponsorship amount.
02 RENEWAL
The app judges each contract's status by today's date: upcoming, active, ending soon, ended. Contracts nearing their end come first, so you can see at a glance who to contact next.
03 PRIVATE
Sponsorship amounts and contact details are not for players or parents to see. Only club admins can view what has been recorded.

You can register with just a company or person's name. Add the sponsorship details and period when you know them.
Enter the period, and the app lets you know when a contract is nearing its end.

Yes. Set the category to “booster member”, and you can manage the period and amount in the same list as company sponsors.

No. This feature covers recording sponsorships and managing renewal timing. It can't issue invoices or confirm payments.
