Morning: enter the body
When you wake: sleep, heart rate and weight. Three fields — metric, value, date — so it takes a minute.
CONDITION & MENTAL
Condition is six metrics — sleep, heart rate, weight and more. Mental is five, from mood to stress. A minute of numbers in the morning and at night becomes 30-day lines, and the swing of your form starts to show. This page walks that one day from top to bottom.
It is a personal feature, so it is free — regardless of what your club subscribes to.
In exactly this order, the page descends from morning to night.
THE PROBLEM
“I think I was tired.” “I think I was on a roll.” The feeling is real, but feelings don’t keep. Unless you turn them into numbers, the reason behind a great week and the warning signs of a slump drain away unused. Put the same scale on body and mind, and record for one minute a day. That is the job of these two screens.
06:30MORNING — BODY
Sleep, sleep efficiency, resting heart rate, HRV, steps and weight. Each card shows the latest value with a 30-day line under it. Sleep is shown as hours and minutes — never left as raw minutes. Every metric has a fixed unit, and biologically impossible values are rejected at save time.
12:00NOON — RECORD
You enter three things: metric, value, date. Record the same metric on the same day again and it overwrites instead of piling up. Missed a day? Pick the date and fill it in later. Recent records list up to 12, newest first, and a wrong row can be deleted on the spot.
17:30BEFORE THE MATCH — ROUTINE
The pre-performance routine is a register of the steps you run before a match. Choose from four kinds — breathing, imagery, self-talk, focus — and write each step in your own words (up to 200 characters). The self-talk list stores the phrases that carry you, in two tones, positive and instructional (up to 280 characters each). You decide the order of both.
21:30NIGHT — MIND
Mood, stress, motivation, self-confidence and mental fatigue, each scored 0–10. The same ledger as the body — 30-day lines, same-day overwrite, delete on the spot — turns the mind into lines too. Only you can see it. It is never shown to coaches or teammates.
When you wake: sleep, heart rate and weight. Three fields — metric, value, date — so it takes a minute.
Before bed, score today’s mood 0–10. Add one phrase for tomorrow while you are there.
Put the ups and downs into your own words. Before a match, run your registered routine from the top.
No. Condition and Mental are personal features and free, regardless of which modules your club subscribes to. They are player-stage screens: switch your stage to player and they appear under Personal Data in the sidebar.
Only you. They are not shown to coaches, guardians or teammates. The health forms you submit to a club for away trips and camps are a separate mechanism — this daily log is never sent to your club automatically.
Pick the date and record it later. Each metric has one entry per day, and recording again overwrites it, so re-entering never creates duplicates.
There is no fixed standard. The trick is to use your own yardstick the same way every day. This log is not a competition of absolute values — it is a tool for reading the slope of the 30-day line, the turning points.
As the record screen says, smart ring (HR024) sync is coming soon. For now you record by hand — and hand-entered values draw the same latest-value cards and 30-day lines.
Delete the row on the spot from recent records. Enter the right value for the same date and it overwrites. Biologically impossible values — negative steps, say — are rejected at save time anyway.
Signing up is free. Start by entering today’s body and mind, once each.
