Add or Remove Modules (Charges Are Pro-Rated)

If you're on the À la carte plan, you can change the modules you use at any time.

How to add or remove modules

1. Open Club settings → Modules (only the club owner can do this).
2. Select the modules you want to use, or remove the ones you don't.
3. Confirm on the payment screen.

How are you charged?

• Changes take effect immediately. You don't need to wait for the next billing date.
• Charges are automatically pro-rated. If you add a module partway through the month, you're only billed for the remaining days of that month.
• For a module you remove, the value of the remaining days is deducted from your next invoice.

Does data disappear when you remove a module?

When you remove a module, that feature's screens can no longer be opened. This doesn't immediately delete data you've already entered, but if you plan to leave it removed, we recommend saving any information you need beforehand.

It shows "Coming soon" and can't be selected

This module isn't available yet. We'll announce its launch in the release notes.
