Calendar, training, matches, player roster, drills, venues — club operations that tend to scatter everywhere, brought into one dashboard. The more you record, the more valuable your team's asset becomes.

PREFACE
Schedules live in a group chat. Rosters in a spreadsheet. Match results exist only in someone's memory. Time spent searching is time lost from coaching. All operations. One place.

NEWDIH Club Management was built to lighten the operational workload that coaches carry.

FOUR PILLARS

A well-run club runs on systems.

Scheduling, recording, developing, sharing — four pillars of club ops, each turned into a system.

I

Scheduling conflicts, caught automatically

Consolidate training, match, and meeting schedules in a single calendar. Overlapping times at the same venue on the same day are detected and flagged automatically. Registered training sessions appear on the calendar without extra work.

II

Matches and training, building into a record

Log matches beyond the score — scorers, assists, substitutions, formation. Plan training with venue and drill assignments together. Goal records automatically generate a club ranking.

III

Player development, visible in data

Record coaching notes (strengths and areas to develop) for each player. A skill radar and percentile show at a glance where each player stands relative to peers of the same age and position. Replace gut-feel assessments with evidence.

IV

Sharing, done with a single link

Collect match and training debrief videos, photos, and notes into a meeting and distribute via share link. Invite players with a URL / QR join link; add coaches by email. The communication overhead disappears.

PLAYER REGISTRY

Record "getting better"
in words and in data.

A coach's eye and a data eye. Record player development through both lenses and your feedback carries more weight.

📈

Skill radar & percentile

A percentile shows where each player stands among teammates of the same age and position. The skill radar makes strengths and areas for growth visible at a glance.

🌍

Compare to pro players

Stack a player's record against stats from professionals in Europe's top five leagues. World-class standards, brought close to home.

* Reference values based on official statistics from the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1.

📝

Coaching notes

Record "strengths" and "areas to work on" as notes for each player. Put what's in your head into words and your coaching becomes more consistent.

Data isn't there to put a label on a player. It's there to change what you say next.

Numbers are always a reference. The coach's observation and words are what ultimately help a player grow.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Q.Is it free to use?
Yes. Signing up is free. Club Management is a coach-focused feature, accessible from coach mode.
Q.How is this different from video analysis?
Both are part of NEWDIH. Club Management handles operations — scheduling, records, and rosters. Club videos uploaded here flow directly into NEWDIH's video analysis features (tagging, clips, tactical drawings).
Q.We have multiple teams.
You can register multiple teams in a single club. Teams are organised by gender and age category, and you can filter training and match lists by team.
Q.How do players join?
Simply share the club join link (URL / QR code). Players aged 13–17 go through a parental consent flow as a safety measure. Only the owner can issue or revoke links.
Q.I'm worried about venue double-bookings.
The calendar detects them automatically. If two events overlap in time at the same venue on the same day, a conflict warning is shown — so you catch it at the moment of entry.
Q.Can it be used in languages other than Japanese?
Yes — Japanese, English, Spanish, Korean, Portuguese, and Chinese are all supported. Clubs with international players or coaches can use it in their own language.
