Bulk-register your player roster (Excel, CSV, photos, PDF)

You don't need to enter players one by one. You can import them from Club → Players → Bulk register from roster.

What you can use

You can register up to 200 players at a time. If you have more, split the roster into multiple files.

Import steps

1. Choose a file, take a photo, or paste the roster.
2. Once processing is done, "Review players to be added" is displayed.
3. You can edit the last name, first name, jersey number, date of birth, and team on screen.
4. Check the details and register.

Common issues

• "You can register up to 200 players at a time." — Split the roster and import it in two batches.
• "The file is too large." — PDFs are limited to 8MB and photos to 3 images. Lowering the photo resolution usually helps.
• "This file format isn't supported." — Use Excel (.xlsx), CSV, PDF, or photos.
• Couldn't be read — Wait a while and try again, or register players one by one.

After importing

Registered players aren't linked to an account yet. When you share a join link, players can select "This is me" themselves to link their account.
