Invite players with a join link or QR code

Players and guardians join using a join link (URL / QR code). Each club can have only one link.

Generate the link

1. Open Club settings → Join link.
2. Click "Generate / regenerate link".
3. Copy the displayed URL, or show the QR code for people to scan.

Registering the roster first makes things easier

If you register the player roster beforehand, players who join just need to select themselves from the "Which player are you in this club?" list. If there's no roster, players enter their last name, first name, and date of birth to register as new.

Stop the link

Once sign-ups are closed, click "Disable link". Anyone who opens a disabled link sees "This link is invalid."

Notes

• Only the owner can generate, regenerate, or disable this link in Club settings.
• Children under 13 cannot create a Passport. Ages 13–17 require guardian consent.
