Publish a trial session and take applications online

Club → Trial Sessions & Player Recruitment to create a trial session. Each session gets its own public application page. NEWDIH does not host a club profile page — you paste the issued link on the club website or social profile you already have.

1. Create the trial session

1. Enter a title and the date.
2. Enter the capacity, start and end time, and venue.
3. Use the description for what to bring, which age groups, and what happens if it rains.
4. Press “Publish trial session”.

Once published, the session card shows a public application link. Paste it on the club website, a social profile, or a flyer QR code. Applying does not require an account.

2. Answer the applications

Applications are split into the ones still waiting for a reply and the ones already finished. Use “Handle this application” to accept, decline, or put it on hold (reviewing). Record attendance on the day and you can then enter the result after seeing them train.

Deciding prepares a notice in the club’s name as a draft. Nothing is sent automatically: it reaches the applicant only when you review it and press send.

An application left unanswered closes itself

A reminder arrives if an application sits untouched for 7 days. At 14 days it is closed automatically and the applicant is told that no answer from the club could be confirmed. Capacity frees up again for anyone declined, withdrawn, expired, or marked as a no-show.
