Publish a player recruitment page and trial sessions online

Go to Club → Trial Sessions & Player Recruitment to create a public page for your club. This feature lets families apply directly online instead of relying on flyers and phone calls.

1. Create a public recruitment page

1. Decide on a URL slug (for example, ftc-recruit). This becomes your public URL.
2. Enter the page title, tagline, description, and contact email.
3. Turn on "Show open trial sessions on this page" to list your trial sessions on the page.
4. Check "Publish this page" and save.

If you leave the checkbox unchecked, the page stays as a Draft (not published), so you can refine the content before publishing.

2. Create a trial session

From "Create a trial session," set the title, date/time, capacity, and more. Once published, families can apply from the recruitment page using "Apply for this trial session". No account is needed to apply.

3. Review and approve applications

Review incoming applications, and approve them once participation is confirmed.

Share the public URL

You can use the public URL on your club's website, social media, and QR codes on flyers. After publishing, if you want to stop accepting applications, uncheck "Publish this page" to revert the page to a draft.
