Invite Link Won't Open or Shows an Error

"This link is invalid"

The join link has been regenerated or disabled. Regenerating a link makes the previous one stop working immediately.

Fix: Ask your club administrator to send you the current join link.

"Invitation link not found"

The URL has been cut off partway, or extra characters have gotten mixed in.

Fix: This usually happens because a messaging app wraps and cuts the link, so instead of tapping the link directly, copy the entire URL and paste it into your browser. For a QR code, scan it again.

"Already linked to a different player"

This account is already linked to a different player's data within the club.

Fix: Please talk to your club administrator. The link on the roster side needs to be corrected.

"You are already a member of this club"

You've already finished joining. Just open the app as usual.

Can't register due to an age restriction

  • Users under 13 cannot create a Passport (this is a legal restriction). Please contact a parent or guardian.
  • Users 13–17 need parental consent. You can join once the consent process is complete.
For club administrators
Regenerating a link means "everyone needs the new one redistributed." Unless a link has leaked externally by mistake, it causes less confusion not to regenerate it needlessly (see Inviting players with a join link).
