Add and invite coaches

Coaches are registered through a separate flow from the players' join link.

How to add a coach

1. Open Club settings → Coaches.
2. In "Add a coach or staff member", enter the last name, first name, and email address.
3. Check "Send invitation email" and add them (recommended).

Register yourself as a coach

Right after creating a club, the coach list may be empty. In that case, register yourself using "Register me as a coach".

About the owner

• The owner can edit Club settings and manage the other coaches.
• You can choose "Add as owner" when adding a coach, or change it later from the list using "Make owner" / "Remove owner".
• Operations involving money, such as fees, are owner-only (→ Permissions and what can be delegated).
