Permanently delete your account (30-day grace period)

AccountLast updated 2026-08-02

Permanent deletion cannot be undone. First check whether suspending your account is enough before proceeding.

How deletion works

  1. Open Passport from the menu, then open the account suspension/deletion section.
  2. Request permanent deletion.
  3. This starts a 30-day grace period. The screen shows the number of days remaining and the scheduled deletion date.
  4. During the grace period, you can cancel the deletion.
  5. After 30 days pass, your personal information is deleted.
After deletion, you cannot sign up again with the same email address.
To block re-registration, we retain only a hash of your email address (an irreversible value). If you plan to use the same address again in the future, choose suspension instead of deletion.

Before you delete

  • Cancel any paid plan — Requesting deletion alone doesn't stop billing (see Cancel a plan).
  • If you're a club owner — The club needs to be handed over. Please contact support before deleting.
  • Records you want to keep — Notes and videos cannot be retrieved after deletion.
