Change your display name, photo, and profile
All profile changes are handled from the Passport screen. Open "Passport" from the menu.
What you can change
- Display name (first and last name)
- Photo (your Passport photo)
- Per-stage profile — your coach profile and Lifeballer profile are kept separately
- Background (teams you've belonged to, etc.)
Steps
- Open Passport from the menu.
- Open the form for the item you want to change and edit it.
- Save, and the change takes effect immediately.
Player information registered with a club is different.
Information in the club's roster, such as jersey number and team assignment, is managed by the club's coaches and administrators. If a change is needed, submit a change request from Passport or contact your club administrator directly. You'll be notified of the outcome.

If your photo won't upload
- Supported image formats are JPEG / PNG / WebP / HEIC.
- If your connection is unstable, connect to Wi-Fi and try again.
