Choose your stage (Player, Coach, or Lifeballer)
NEWDIH APP has three stages. A stage decides which features start out in your left-hand menu and the order they appear in. Which features you actually show is up to you.
The three stages
| Stage | Who it's for |
|---|---|
| Player | Anyone actively playing. Keep your own notes, condition, and match records. |
| Coach | Anyone running a team. View player records, plan sessions, and manage the club. |
| Lifeballer | Anyone who's stepped away from playing but stays connected to football by watching, supporting, and cheering on. |
You don't have to stick to just one stage.
You can hold both Player and Coach at once. This fits use cases like playing in an adult league while also coaching a youth team.

Switching stages
- Open Passport from the top right of the app (or the menu).
- Open the Stages (profile role) settings and choose the stage you want to use.
- Save, and the menu layout switches right away.
Your recorded data doesn't disappear when you switch stages. The features you added or hid stay exactly as you set them, too.
You choose which features to show
A stage is a starting point. Which features actually appear in your left-hand menu is yours to decide, on the Features tab in Passport.
- Open Passport and go to the Features tab.
- Features that are standard for your current stage are marked Standard and are already on.
- Press Add on a feature and it appears in your left-hand menu.
You can add features from the other stages too.
You can stay on Player and still show Lifeballer features. There is no limit. Adding more never changes what you pay.

To go back to the standard layout, use Back to standard on the same screen. Nothing you have recorded is deleted. Only the way it is shown goes back.
Features for running a club don't appear here.
Viewing player records, planning sessions, managing the club — those belong to the club. You add and remove them on the club modules side.
