Turn On Push Notifications (iPhone: Add to Home Screen First)
Turning on push notifications lets mailing list messages and reminders reach your device even when the app isn't open.
On iPhone / iPad (important)
Add the app to your Home Screen first.
On iPhone and iPad, you can only receive push notifications on iOS 16.4 or later, and only when you've added the app to your Home Screen and opened it from that icon. If you leave it open in a Safari tab, you can't turn notifications on no matter what you set.

- Add it to your Home Screen (steps here).
- Open NEWDIH APP from the icon on your Home Screen.
- Open Settings → Notifications and turn notifications on.
- When your device asks for permission, choose "Allow."
On Android / computer
- Open Settings → Notifications.
- Turn notifications on, and answer "Allow" to the permission prompt from your browser.
Turned on, but nothing arrives
- Check whether notifications are blocked in your browser or device settings. Once you choose "Deny," the app can't ask again — you'll need to go back to your browser's site settings and switch it to Allow.
- On iPhone, notifications can be held back by Focus mode / Do Not Disturb.
- Make sure you're opening the app from the Home Screen icon, not a browser tab (iPhone).
